The 972 series of reflected and transmitted light metallurgical microscopes are suitable for observing surfaces of both non-transparent or transparent objects. They are equipped with a vertical illuminator, plan achromatic objectives with a long working distance (no cover glass), wide field eyepieces and a set polarizer device in the trinocular port. The 972R model uses reflected light illumination while the 972RT has a transmitted illuminator as well. They provide a clear and high-contrast image and are convenient to control.
The 972 series is ideal for research work in many fields, such as biology, metallography, mineralogy, precision engineering and electronics. It is suitable for scientific research, teaching demonstrations in colleges and factory usage.

ICM-100 Industrial Reflected Light Microscope
The ICM-100 industry checking and measuring microscope is suitable for observing the surface structures and geometry of samples. It is equipped with an excellent a UIS optical system and the modularized design enables the system to expediently be used to achieve polarization and dark field observation. Lift or lower the optical and illumination unit to adjust the distance between the stage and the objective to work with samples of different thicknesses. Also, quickly and effectively locate the desired area of observation of the sample by moving the mechanical stage.
The ICM-100 is ideal for checking and measuring samples from many fields, including precision parts, integrated circuits and packing materials.
